Our target group are medium till big sized company with more than 250 employees. Then it becomes more complex to gain a clear overview about all the employees and our software enables you to see which competenices and skills in form of employees are present at your company.

During the last meetings with various big enterprises across a wide range of industries it became obvious that we face many challenges in our daily work.

Sometimes the cash box does not work properly, the printer in the office has a paper jam or the electricity in the cold storage room does not work properly or suddenly an employee gets sick who needs to be replaced as soon as possible. All these little problems can lead to interruptions in the daily work processes.

Todays business have a diverse workforce - four different generations are working for our clients with different cultural and edcucational backgrounds. This is a great chance but also a big challenge.
