Our software allows you to interact with your current IT programs such as SAP for instance. With the help of the ‘hidden treasures’ software it is possible to detect all skills and competencies of the employees. Data from the dossiers such as the development plans, appraisal meetings, data from social media channels the LinkedIn-profiles, Xing-profiles and facebook-profiles from the employees are all united in that software.

But do not worry, which data will be used will be discussed with each employee individually. As soon as possible someone has to be found who can be temporary replace the sick employee. With our software, the HR-manager or the line-manager can have a look at the current job-profile of the particular employee in that department. This job-profile contains all relevant information which are necessary to perform in that job such as the competencies and skills.

These skills can be selected and the software shows within seconds which employee in the organization already has these skills and competencies. So it is possible that also employees from other departments have those competencies as they were working as a social media manager at their former employer or they are keen on social media in their free time and they are responsible for the Facebook-page of their table tennis club for instance.

That particluar employee can be immediately approached and checked if he/she is available for the next two weeks to work in the marketing department.
