There are no limits of 'treasures' in every company.

Each and everyone has certain skills and competenices..sometimes it is rather difficult to recognize all of them. Once they are detected it is a huge advantage which will increase the overall performance of each company.

Therefore, we have created a software to figure out which competencies are present! So the line-managers and the HR-department can have a great overview within seconds about potential employees who can solve any problems within the company.

In order to gain a quick overview how the results can look like, we have picked one example of a store manager of a customer.

On the left hand side can be seen which competencies the store manager already posseses. While we were doing the test it turned out that the storemanager who is also a soccer-coach in his freetime, also has some other competencies which he was not aware of.

After the results have been analysed, the employer and the employee together came to the conclusion that he can also join the mentorship-program in order to become a good mentor for our younger employees. This helps the client to battle the shortage of skilled workers in the future. Especially the high scores on presentation skills and coaching skills are highly benefical for being a good mentor.
